Its Alive! This old piece has been in pieces for probably 25 years, and now its back in action once again! Recently passed down from my Dad this Reliance paper cutter had been collecting rust in our driveway for many of years. Thankfully they made things to last back then and WD-40 is like a God to rusty iron.
And I must thank my Dad and all my friends who helped with this project.
It wasn't easy to get to this point by any means. If I had it to do over I might have junked the thing!
